Welcome to the L’Oréal Staff Shop website.
This website is dedicated to the sale of selected L’Oréal (UK) Limited CPD, LUX, LDB and PPD products at discounted prices to L’Oréal (UK) Limited staff.
Your use of this website is subject to these Terms and Conditions, so please ensure that you have read them to make sure that you understand them, before ordering any products from our shop. We change these terms from time to time so please make sure that you check them periodically to see if there have been any changes.
ELIGIBILITY, PURCHASING LIMITS AND DELIVERY
The website can be used by the following members of L’Oréal (UK) Limited staff who work in the UK and Ireland:

*New employees to the business do not receive the maximum annual limit for their Employee Group, but instead are granted an annual limit that is prorated for the first calendar year of their employment. By way of example, an employee in the L'Oréal Gateway Central Employee Group that commences work on 15 February will receive an annual limit of £1,833.33 (£2,000 / 12 months in calendar year x 11 months of employment); and an employee in the L'Oréal Gateway Central Employee Group that commences work on 15 December will receive an annual limit of £181.82 (£2,000 / 12 months in calendar year x 1 month of employment). From an employee’s second calendar year of employment, they will receive the maximum annual limit for their Employee Group.

PRODUCTS
We offer a selection of discounted CPD, LUXE, LDB and PPD products with 60% off the RRP. The range of products offered is at our discretion. At times, certain Products advertised for sale may be out of stock. We endeavour to make products available for sale as soon as possible following a stock availability issue.
The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Products purchased may vary slightly from images on our Shop. The packaging of the products may vary from that shown on images on our website.
ALLOWED USE
The products are only for the personal use of qualifying staff and their direct family or friends. The resale of products is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove this benefit at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any employee is breaching these Terms and reserve the right to take disciplinary action..
ORDER RESTRICTIONS
There will be a minimum requirement of at least 3 products to be ordered per transaction. These are not limited to the same products.
On top of this there is a limit of 6 identical items that can be purchased in a transaction for LDB/CPD and PPD and 3 items for LUX. In some exceptional cases we may limit the purchase of identical items further. Please pay attention to any comments marked in bold in the description section of listed products, as these comments will clearly outline any restrictions.
DELIVERY
Deliveries will be made to the UK and Ireland only and can be delivered to your home address or pick up point (UK & NI only) – selective on checkout. Where a charge is applicable for delivery, the amount will be communicated to you before you finalise the order and you will be prompted to pay for delivery at the checkout screen. Delivery charges will be applied to any orders purchased under the value of £30/€30.
If purchased products are to be delivered to your home address, you are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct and accurate (including, without limitation, the relevant apartment number and telephone contact number). We are not liable for any additional cost or delay as a result of an incorrect or inaccurate address being provided by you.
If purchased products are to be delivered to a pick up point you are responsible for selecting the pick up point you want this to be collected from.
All customer orders are despatched and delivered with a lead time of up to 5 working days from order placement. In busy periods (Christmas & Black Friday especially) delivery time could be extended.
For deliveries made to the UK & NI then these will be made via Evri and for ROI via DPD.
For the UK & NI , a tracking number will be provided in the confirmation email sent to you following completion of your order. You can track your order on Evri portal with that tracking number – the link will be shared in your confirmation email.
For ROI, a tracking number will be provided in the confirmation email sent to you following completion of your order. You can track your order on DPD portal with that tracking number – the link will be shared in your confirmation email.

PRICES & PAYMENT
The prices of the products are given in pounds sterling and euros. The price of a product includes VAT (Value Added Tax) at the applicable rate chargeable in the UK and Ireland.
Payment must be made by the employee making the purchase and not by anybody else.
To make a purchase, add any products that you wish to purchase into the shopping basket.
You may at any time:
1. obtain a summary of the products you have selected or modify your order, by clicking on the button "My Cart", which is accessible on the top right of each page;
2. continue to select products by clicking on "Continue Shopping"; and
3. complete your selection of products and order them by clicking on "Go to my cart". After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for the following information to be able to complete the order:

- Your full name
- Your billing address.
- Your delivery address; and
- If you are paying for your product, credit card details (the card number, its expiry date, your name as it appears on the card and the 3-digit security code on the reverse).
Once you have identified yourself in the ‘Secure Payment’ stage, before clicking ‘Pay Now,’ an order summary appears on screen, which summarises: the names, quantities and prices of the products selected by you, the order total, payment arrangements, your details, the delivery address for the products and the billing address.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Diners, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express (AMEX) and Apple Pay can also be used. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Please make a note of your order number for reference. Credit Card details are processed online by a secure payment gateway provided by Adyen. More information about how Adyen processes your data for payment purposes is detailed below in the Data Protection section.
We reserve the right to refuse all orders if the limits stated above are exceeded, if there is an existing dispute with you, in the event of total or partial failure by you to pay for that order or a previous order or if credit/debit card payment authorisation is refused by the banking organisations.
When you click the “Pay Now” button, you are placing an irrevocable order for the purchase of the ordered products in your basket.
REFUNDS, ERRORS, AND MISTAKES
Upon receiving or collecting your order you should check all items against the order receipt included within your order/package. Should there be an issue with your order, such as you are being sent the wrong products or products which are in some way faulty, then you will need to refer to the Order Confirmation.
If you have made a mistake on your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, please contact us for assistance. Please contact us via email at [email protected].
If you have not received your delivery, received the wrong product, received a product that is damaged, broken, or faulty in some way, please contact us and we will refund as soon as possible. We unfortunately are unable to offer replacement products. Please provide us with evidence of the incorrect, damaged, broken, or faulty product (as applicable) when contacting us.
DATA PROTECTION AND COOKIES
We will use your personal data (such as your contact details, payment information, and order history) to process your orders, including for payment and delivery.
We will disclose your information to our trusted third parties where necessary to fulfil your order, including our third-party payment provider. The payment provider will use your information in relation to your payment and for fraud prevention and detection purposes. We may also store information about you by using cookies. Cookies are used on the Shop to administer the Shop, improve its functionality, and perform analytics.
